MY HEADLIGHTS DOESN’T LIGHT UP AFTER INSTALLATION


If your headlights bulb don't light up after installation, below is a possible solution. We suggest you connect the ( - ) to the positive ( + ) and vice versa, see if it works.

Please try that and let us know if it solves the problem.

 

MY HEADLIGHT PLUGS ARE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I RECEIVED

If our headlight plugs and yours do not align correctly, please send us both images of your headlight bulbs as well the ones you received from us for proper resolution/replacements. Email support@carifex.com

HEADLIGHT BULBS ARE TOO BIG TO FIT INTO MY HOUSING

Due to the fact our bulbs are aftermarket LED headlights, not a direct replacement from the factory, some of these issues are bound to happen. Honestly, we cannot tell what exact vehicle/vehicles would tend to have problems with the small clearance for installation due to big base headlights.

 

For now, the best solution is to try out our NEW MINI sized LED headlights ( https://carifex.com/products/carifex®-mini-size-led-headlight-sets ) or contact us directly for a refund for initial purchase. 



MY HEADLIGHTS ARE FLICKERING AFTER INSTALLATION

If the bulbs are flickering, below are possible solutions:

  1. The bulb may not be bad but we cannot tell unless you test them using a meter reader or Battery charger of 12v to see if they actually get lit up outside the vehicle.
  1. If the bulbs come on outside the vehicle and light up very well, then you may need to get a canbus decoder so they stop flickering when plugged into your vehicle (https://carifex.com/products/led-headlight-canbus-wiring-harness-adapter )
  1. If they don't come up after the test, then the bulbs are bad and may need replacement from us.
  1. Replacement can be done only after the test has been carried out. A photo/video proof is required before emailing us, because if we send in another replacement and the same thing happened that's not good for the both of us. 

If the issue is not resolved after this steps, please write back to us for a REFUND procedure. 

 

MY HIGH/LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING ( H13/ 9007 / 9004 / H4 BULBS )

These are very rare cases where the headlights for our double beams are wired incorrectly.

If you’re having this issue with Single/both headlights, EMAIL us with your order number for exchange/replacement. 

 

MY CARIFEX LED HEADLIGHTS BULBS ARE NOT BRIGHT ENOUGH

Due to preferences, our LED headlights can be adjusted easily up to 180 degrees. If your headlights are dim beyond normal visibility, we suggest you adjust the headlights position by rotating the adapter ( brackets ) that comes with the headlight bulbs for different possible angles until you find the angle that fits your visibility.


Alternatively, you can try our 10,000 lumens headlight bulbs which are way more brighter.
